Roadmap

In 2017, Lantah laid the first cornerstone and took off with a blazing start. We sourced some of the highest-level talent in the industry and formed long-lasting relationships. Together, we built the foundation of Lantah with a common vision of connecting the world. Soon after, Lantah was forced to suspend operations due to an international intellectual property dispute over the name "Gram". For several years, we defended ourselves and never gave up.

We won. You won.

Now, we are coming back better and stronger than ever. We will continue to build the Lantah ecosystem by releasing our Gravity software and Gram token, ramping up marketing efforts, and developing new integrations. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to use Lantah, whether you're a customer or merchant.

In order to make this happen, we must first and foremost improve the Lantah platform. This means building out new features and functionality, as well as making the platform more user-friendly. We know this is a lot, but we're up for the challenge. With your help, we can make Lantah the go-to solution for businesses and consumers around the world.

Gravity and Gram

Lantah's Gram token operates on a software called Gravity, which is a replicated state machine that maintains a local copy of a cryptographic ledger and processes transactions against it, in consensus with a set of peers. Gravity implements the federated consensus protocol originally developed by StellarIt is written in C++14 and runs on Linux, OSX and Windows. We plan on first releasing a public test-net before launch of the main-net. Resources on how to use the networks will be published alongside each release.

Alongside the launch of main-net, Lantah plans on listing the Gram token with exchanges and making tokens available for public use. The distribution and release of Gram tokens are governed by our mandate.

Marketing and Integrations

Lantah will be increasing its marketing efforts with a focus on business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) initiatives. We want to make sure that Lantah is top of mind for businesses and consumers when they are looking for a solution to their needs. In order to make Lantah the go-to solution for businesses and consumers, we need to make it as easy as possible for them to use Lantah. This means developing new integrations with existing platforms and applications.
